It is a day of national rejoicing in our country. The day is celebrated with pomp & show, zeal & spirit throughout the length & breadth of the country.
Every year Republic Day is celebrated in India on 26 January, to commemorate the date on which the constitution of India came into effect & the country became a Republic.
On the auspicious morning of 26 January, our Prachiti International School & Jr. college Sakri celebrated Republic Day. It was the matter of great pride for all of us. We celebrated this day with great eclat.
The chief guest Mr. Kunal Shantaram Desale was warmly welcomed by the whole staff led by our Principal Mrs. Bharti Panjabi, Mrs. Vaishali Lade and co-ordinators Mr. Vaibhav Sonawane, Mr. Tushar Deore.
The Principal and the Chief guests unfurled the national flag. This was followed by our National Anthem & Flag song sung by a team of students.
The students pledged themselves to uphold the honour, integrity, dignity & uniqueness of our nation.
On the occasion of Republic day beautiful Lezim dance & Dumbbell show was performed by students of class 5th & 6th.
Some students Laukik Desale, Kartik Nerkar, Mrunal Bedse, Harshwardhan Patil, Kanak Borse, Rohit Pawar, Neha Patil, expressed their views.
Mrs.Neetu Panjabi delivered motivational speech for students.
The chief guest Mr. Kunal Shantaram Desale inspired the students with their motivational words told all the students to abide by the constitution of their motherland and fulfill all their duties as responsible citizens.
Hon. Principal Mrs Bharti Panjabi gave informative speech regarding patriotism.
Anchoring was done by Rajlaxmee Bhamare & Hetvi Wagh. Incharge of today’s program were Vaishali Khairnar & Devendra Ramole.
