Seven Vivid Colours Unite to Celebrate Annual Function
Annual functions have always been a grand day of celebration for the school and its students.prachiti International School conducted the grand function of Annual Day which has given immense pleasure not only prachitians but also all parents and citizens of sakri Taluka .It was arranged with funtastic decorations ,five to six selfie points , fountains ,merry go round three to four big screens were fixed for audience to see the performance of students of Prachiti International School .It was scheduled for two days on 3 Rd & 4th February 2024.On the first day The function started at 5:00 p.m. in the campus of Prachiti International School .
All the participants were very enthusiastic to perform for annual function and our teachers helped everybody get ready on time. The guests /parents of the functions were selected from class of Nursery ,LKG , UKG ,1 st ,8 & 9 th STD students Randomly 10 ladies parents invited as the chief guest of the Annual Day. At 5:30 p.m, we all welcomed our chief guests with Trophies & bouquets by our Hon.chairman Shri .Prashant Bhimrao Patil Sir ,Mrs.Kavita Patil mam Principal Mrs.Vaishali Lade mam ,Both co ordinators and Gathering Main Incharge shri.Vaibhav Sonawane sir Tushar Deore Sir ,Both days gathering incharges Shri.Kunal Deore Sir ,Mrs.Smita Nerkar mam ,Mrs.Vaishali Khairnar mam ,Mrs.Sunita Patil mam ,Ms.Namrata Gosavi mam & Mr.Tushar Suryawanshi Sir welcome song from the students of class 1 st.. The dance performance started at 6:00pm in which the first performing group was Ganpati dance where class 5 th girls performed gracefully. . Watching the dance we all got enthusiastic and started to cheer for the group. After the dance performance came the in which we heard so many motivating voices who gave best of their minds in winning the competition. Our guest of honor specifically applauded the small students of class Nursery ,LKG ,UKG and 1st for their contribution towards the management of cleaning at the venue.
We as a school were very happy to announce about a green project of planting trees starting in our school soon. After Meanwhile Chairman of the Aai Ekvira foundation’s Hon.Prashant Bhimrao Patil sir felicited principal,co ordinators , teachers and incharges by offering trophies and shawls to them .It was the great honoured for the Principal Mrs.Lade mam ,both co ordinators Vaibhav Sonawane Sir ,Tushar Deore Sir Best teachers awarded Nitu Panjabi mam ,Dharmraj Ahire Sir ,Smita Nerkar mam ,Shweta Sonawane Mam , Kunal Deore Sir ,Sapana Deore mam ,Vaishali Khairnar Mam &Kanchan Salunke mam . Afterwards Chairman Sir specially word with audience in it he mentioned about the new implementations of school , academic progress and motivated students for further career .From class 8 th and 9 th students has given their fabulous performance by presenting Tanaji theme ,Jai Shri Ram theme ,Amitabh bachhan theme much and more .
Best the lastof group dance the annual function ended at exactly 10:30p.m. and the students with all the guests, parents ,visitors & teachers were taken the dinner and were allowed to leave the venue. Our teacher’s also participated in skit competition and presented on various topics such as importance of tree plantation, girl child education ,Indian culture and heritage and many more. From the starting of annual function everything was very clean and good and we as the students of Prachiti International School thank each and every individual who participated or came to the venue to make the annual function great. Anchoring of the Gathering has done by Mrs.Nitu Panjabi mam and Devendra Ramole Sir . Excellent rangoli decorations made by Savita Lade mam ,Vaishnavi Thorat mam ,Dipmala Ahirrao mam . Beautiful decorations of selfie points has made by Vaishnavi Deore mam , Vaishnavi Thorat mam ,Gitanjali mam ,Jagruti Jadhav Mam and Tejaswini Gharate mam .Stage decorations done by Vaishali Khairnar mam along with Hemangi Borse mam .I personally liked the performance of cute kids because everybody seemed mind happy to see the deserving participants getting recognition. I am definitely going to participate in the coming annual functions to enjoy from the perspective of a participant.For making the successful to the Annual Day all teaching and non teaching staff along with strick management have taken timeless efforts and done struggle for perfection .
