BJP’s Ghar Chalo Abhiyan receives enthusiastic response in Pimpri Chinchwad; Shankar Jagtap visits citizens door-to-door
Pimpri: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Pimpri Chinchwad city unit has launched the “Ghar Chalo Abhiyan” in the city from February 4 to reach out to every citizen with the work done by the central and state governments before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The campaign has been receiving an enthusiastic response from the citizens of Pimpri Chinchwad.
As part of the campaign, BJP Pimpri Chinchwad city president Shankar Jagtap visited the citizens of booth numbers 109, 110, and 111 assigned to him. He visited 70 houses in Bijlinagar, Shivanagari, and Giriraj areas in two sessions and gave information about the welfare schemes of the Modi government.
The campaign started at 9 am with tea and breakfast at the house of booth chief Vivek Chitnis. In the first session, Jagtap visited 70 houses in the area and interacted with the citizens. He informed them about the development of the Modi government in the last ten years, various welfare schemes, and appealed to them to make Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time to make India a self-sufficient and superpower by 2047.
He also had lunch at the house of social worker Sambhaji (Nana) Marle and guided the attendees. BJP general secretary Namdev Dhake, former corporator Monatai Kulkarni, former ruling party leader Shamrao Walhekar, Bajirao Chinchwade, Super Warrior Sachin Gosavi, Aniket Dalvi, Mahesh Ghule, Mahesh Kalal, Muralidhar Chopde, and Jaywant Bhosale were present on the occasion.
Jagtap said that the central and state governments have implemented schemes for service, good governance, and welfare of the poor in the country. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP government has made tremendous progress in all sectors of the country in the last ten years from 2014 to 2024. The Modi government has done a great job in the areas of poor welfare, women empowerment, internal and external security, and has also raised the name of the country at the international level. Similarly, the BJP-ruled states in the country have also made significant development.
As the party prepares for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, it is reaching out to the people with the story of development of the central and state governments. For this, the Ghar Chalo Abhiyan is being organized from February 4 to 11.
Under the Ghar Chalo Abhiyan, door-to-door visits are being made to inform the citizens about the schemes of the central and state governments. In addition, information about the schemes of the central and state governments is being given to the citizens. The campaign is being carried out by every booth worker in the
Chinchwad assembly constituency. It is getting an enthusiastic response from the people of Pimpri Chinchwad, said Jagtap.
